Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Portland, OR. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of various commercial painting and wall covering projects. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires regular communication with clients, estimators, and the on-site team to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The Project Manager will also ensure compliance with safety guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Project Management skills including setup and documentation, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to effectively coordinate with teams and clients
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for stakeholder engagement and issue resolution
  • Experience in construction, commercial painting, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
