RNDC is looking for a talented and energetic Warehouse Manager to join our Operations Leadership team. The Warehouse Manager will lead the team, formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources.

• Manage the facilities, equipment, and human resources of the Warehouse and Distribution department, including hiring, promotions, discipline, and wage adjustments within approved limits.
• Assign department personnel to meet operating schedules, ensuring all‑department commitments for product receiving, stowage, truck loading, and delivery services are met.
• Cooperate with the sales department to provide prompt, accurate product deliveries to customers.
• Ensure installed security systems and procedures are fully operational, understood, and enforced to eliminate pilferage and loss.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring items are properly stored and stored according to guidelines to protect product quality and shelf life.
• Ensure personnel are fully trained and use accurate receiving procedures, and that documentation is consistently followed for inventory control.

• 10+ years of warehouse work experience, 5+ as a manager/supervisor.
• Current, valid state driver’s license.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Cross‑functional operations experience (warehouse, transportation, inventory control).
• Wine & Spirits or other beverage distribution industry experience.
• Six Sigma or other industry certifications.
• Bi‑lingual communication skills.

This role offers a base salary plus annual bonus eligibility. The salary will be based on the selected applicant’s skills and experience. The position is salaried/exempt from overtime.
