Position Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting a team with overall direction to complete a restoration or reconstruction project effectively and efficiently. They work directly with clients, monitor project activities, coordinate with other departments, and run projects on a day-to-day basis. They verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality within the specified constraints of time and cost, and achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day directions to assigned project team, building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to responsibilities, and achieve milestones.
  • Own projects from initiation to deployment on multiple projects.
  • Communicate daily with management to support field and site operations and other support duties as assigned, including long‑term projects.
  • Schedule technicians and provide proper scopes or guidance for their work.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects and program engagement from planning, communication, resources, budget, and overall production support.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical‑path deliverables.
  • Report on project success criteria, metrics, testing, and deployment management activities.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature organizational capabilities.
  • Develop relationships with the subcontractor community and procure adequate resources to achieve objectives.
  • Travel to assigned job sites as needed.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting
  • Operating a computer
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
Experience/Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1‑2 years of general work experience
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing
Technical/Soft Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Customer service focused and client experience driven
