Portland, OR (primarily the Portland metro; occasional projects in Salem or Eugene)

• Branches in 3 states:
  Oregon, Washington, Idaho
• Retrofit, Service, and New Construction
• Clientele: K-12 Schools, Hospitals, and Class A Buildings.

• Extensive BAS Controls knowledge and holistic vision of the BAS Controls industry
• Understanding of project management steps/requirements
• Ability to be technical when needed
• Hiring either:
  • an experienced Controls Project Manager
  • a technical controls individual who wants to be a Controls Project Manager

• Receive controls projects to manage once the projects have been awarded
• Coordinate with subcontractors and various internal teams including installation, engineering, etc
• Visit project sites for check-in and resource coordination (has the technical ability to assist with the start-up team when necessary)
• Manage/identify subcontractors
• Write up Change Orders and Material orders
• Assist with Close-Out
• Provide technical expertise/solutions when working with customers, subcontractors, and internal team members
• Project budgeting and assist with billings/financial projections
