Position:
Regional Director

As an  Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving growth objectives for multifamily marketing and  Market Analytics in your region. The RD will sell new advertising and info subscriptions to new customers, grow existing customer revenues, manage an account team, and ensure high levels of customer service and renewal rates.

Responsibilities
  • Attract, hire, motivate, and develop high‑impact salespeople capable of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Spend 3–4 days per week in the field with salespeople and provide coaching and training to enhance effectiveness and meet quotas.
  • Identify, prioritize, and win new client relationships and manage retention and growth of current clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, hold salespeople accountable to required activity and client relationship standards.
  • Manage team activities, including weekly sales meetings, office attendance, and use of the Enterprise CRM system.
  • Establish team performance targets aligned with business goals, monitor performance, and take actions to resolve issues.
  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting CoStar Group culture and values.
Basic Qualifications
  • Five or more years of front‑line sales leadership experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent in the multifamily industry.
  • Three or more years of experience managing a team of 5+ employees, including hiring, training, and developing a high‑performing sales team.
  • Experience responsible for a book of business exceeding $1 million in annual revenue.
  • Experience managing sales in a highly transactional, consultative, fast‑paced organization with short cycle‑time sales model.
  • Track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or minimum of four years of experience in multifamily digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Strong focus on customer service within a sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a sales territory organically through new client acquisition and existing account growth, consistently exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build long‑term relationships and business partnerships with clients at all levels.
  • Effective internal relationship building with superiors, peers, and company‑wide, and external with sales channels and customers.
  • Ability to retain proven sales producers and remove non‑producers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a high‑growth company environment.

This position offers a base salary range of $90,000‑$120,000 based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous commission and benefits plan.
