Custodian

Overview

As an Environmental Services Technician at Holiday Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and takedown of gathering spaces. You’ll interact with residents daily and feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day. Along with normal custodial work, you will also cover the Front Desk at various times when needed.

Full Time

7:00 am to 3:30 pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri); 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Thu)

$18.50 - $22.40 / hr DOE

• Minimum of 1 year s experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating custodial and cleaning equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies. Ability to read and understand labels.
