Cook Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time ATM Service Technician to support our operations in the Portland, OR area. Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $22–$28 per hour DOE
What You’ll Do- Install and maintain ATM products from multiple manufacturers
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electronic ATM components
- Perform software reloads, preventative maintenance, and cleanings
- Coordinate and prioritize daily service calls
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Keep detailed service reports and documentation
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Occasionally handle ATM cash access situations under strict protocols
- Support fellow technicians and learn new systems, including security hardware
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of technical service, electronics, or ATM repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and time management skills
- NCR Certification a plus, but not required
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Willingness to train on advanced systems, including security equipment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
