Description

Princeton Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech II to join our team at Terrace at Columbia Knoll!

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable maintenance professional with property management experience who can support our community with a wide range of maintenance needs. This role is essential to keeping our homes safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents.

What You’ll Do
  • Complete apartment turns efficiently and to quality standards
  • Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Maintain the property’s grounds
    , ensuring curb appeal and safety
  • Work collaboratively with the onsite team to support daily operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Requirements
  • Previous property management maintenance experience
  • General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Onsite living required (discounted rent provided)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay: $28 to $30 per hour, based on experience plus $85 phone reimbursement monthly

What is needed from you
  • Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
  • Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
  • Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
  • Complete apartment turns.
  • Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
