• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services both inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone‑based technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move, hook up, and inspect U-Haul trucks and trailers
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to adhere to safety precautions in a work environment with moderate risks
• Commitment to a nicotine‑free workplace as per applicable state laws

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance or inspection
• Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided)
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
