Overview
As a Maintenance Technician at Holladay Park Plaza, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services and occasional cleaning services for our 200+ residents while helping other departments ensure smooth operations. Our residents and employees live and work side‑by‑side daily, giving you the chance to build relationships and make a real impact. In this role, you will independently manage building maintenance during your shift and assist residents with emergency requests on weekends.
Compensation: $22.50 - $28.00 / hr DOE
Work Schedules Available: Fri‑Mon 11:30am‑10:00pm

Qualifications• 2 years of experience in maintenance is required. We provide ongoing training and guidance to help you learn new skills and plan for your future.
