• Compensation: $19.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience). Wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days & 6 months.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues.
• Work with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve maintenance requests.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and operational environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

• A proactive, detail‑oriented problem‑solver who takes pride in their work.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and carry equipment and supplies.
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred; training provided.
