Responsibilities- Motions practice
- Preparing for and attending hearings and depositions
- Reviewing discovery
- Drafting briefs
- Some transactional work
- 2-5+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Oregon State Bar membership
- JD
Salary: $205K-$245K DOE
This is a primarily in-office position with the option for a hybrid schedule. Reasonable billable hour requirements are expected, with a high commission structure and potential bonuses for exceeding billable hours or bringing in new clients.
