• You’ll be assigned cases by insurance companies to assess medical malpractice allegations made against healthcare providers.
• You’ll be responsible for case review, legal research, and case strategy.
• This will include managing discovery, interviewing experts, and counseling clients throughout the legal process.
• You’ll handle settlement negotiations and represent clients in court.
• You’ll need to manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive the best possible representation.
• Experience with medical records will set you up for success.
• This is an in-office role.
