We are seeking a mid-level associate with 4 to 6 years of mergers & acquisitions, emerging company, and/or general company representation experience to join our thriving business group.

The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation, public company reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance.

Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
