Join this award-winning national law firm as the newest Corporate Legal Assistant in their Portland office! In this role, you will partner with excellent paralegals and legal assistants, supporting a group of best-in-class attorneys.
Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and proofreading business correspondence, running conflicts checks, opening new client matters, and drafting engagement letters. You’ll manage attorney schedules and travel arrangements, assist with time entry, and prepare expense reports. Administrative tasks will include processing mail, scanning and printing projects, and electronic and physical file maintenance.
Competitive candidates will be detail-oriented, tech savvy, and comfortable on fast-paced, high-performing teams.
This is a hybrid position with four in-office days each week.
