Overview
Join this award-winning national law firm as the newest Corporate Legal Assistant in their Portland office. In this role, you will partner with excellent paralegals and legal assistants, supporting a group of best-in-class attorneys.
Responsibilities- Drafting and proofreading business correspondence
- Running conflicts checks
- Opening new client matters
- Drafting engagement letters
- Managing attorney schedules and travel arrangements
- Assisting with time entry and preparing expense reports
- Administrative tasks including processing mail, scanning and printing projects, and electronic and physical file maintenance
Additional details:
This is a hybrid position with four in-office days each week. Competitive candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable on fast-paced, high-performing teams.
- 4-5+ years of transactional legal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
