Litigation Associate Attorney

Pierce Davis & Perritano, LLP (PDP) is a respected mid-size civil litigation and trial practice law firm with offices in Boston, Portland, Los Angeles and San Luis Obispo. We are seeking a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–8 years of civil litigation experience to join our Portland, Oregonoffice, with a primary focus on asbestos litigation.

• Manage all aspects of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on asbestos defense.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle hearings, depositions, client communication, and trial preparation as needed.
• Work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

• Washington Bar admission is a plus, but not required.
• 3–8 years of civil litigation experience (asbestos litigation experience preferred but not required).
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment with careful attention to detail.
