A highly regarded law firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice Group in its Portland office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a sophisticated and diverse docket representing both regional and national clients.

In this role, you will handle a broad range of employment matters, including litigation and counseling on key compliance issues such as wage-and-hour laws and workplace accommodations. You will take on meaningful responsibility from day one, playing an active role in legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery.

• 2 to 4 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Experience with employment litigation and counseling on compliance issues, including wage-and-hour and accommodations
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Admitted to the Oregon Bar or eligible to waive in
