Talent Attraction Specialist @ LHH | Legal Recruiting

LHH is working with a great company looking for their next Paralegal in Portland, OR!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal support across corporate and litigation matters, including coordination with internal teams and outside counsel.
  • Assist with litigation case management, including document review, deadline tracking, and case file organization.
  • Manage discovery processes, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests.
  • Support corporate governance activities such as business licensing, entity formation, foreign qualifications, and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate due diligence efforts and assist with compliance documentation.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence with precision.
  • Maintain and update legal records and databases for accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate across departments and with external legal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Adapt quickly to new legal subject areas and shifting priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in both corporate and litigation paralegal work.
  • Strong understanding of discovery procedures and litigation support practices.
  • Familiarity with corporate filings, licensing, and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Hybrid, M - F
