Our boutique litigation firm is seeking a client-service-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team. You will support a dynamic group of attorneys and paralegals known for being good-natured and hardworking.

• Schedule meetings and conference calls.
• Process mail and assist with new matter set up.
• Maintain files in the firm’s document management system.
• Assist with hearing, deposition, and trial preparation by creating binders and organizing exhibits.
• Create pleadings from templates and coordinate with court reporters.
• Follow up on records requests.
• Demonstrate collaborative spirit and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• 2+ years of legal assistant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with local court procedures is a plus.
• High school diploma required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
