Overview

Miller Nash is seeking employment and labor attorneys with at least 10+ years of practical experience to join our Education and Employment team in Seattle, Washington or Long Beach, California office.

Ideal candidates will possess a demonstrated commitment to client service, proven ability to manage a book of business, enthusiasm for working in a team environment, and be ready to hit the ground running on pending cases and immediate client needs. Experience representing both public and private management/employers is preferred, and traditional labor law experience a plus.

Membership in the Washington State Bar or California State Bar is required, respectively. Membership in the Oregon State Bar a plus. Flexible hybrid work arrangements are available to all Miller Nash attorneys; fully remote options may be considered.

Compensation:
