The OpportunityWe are seeking one or more experienced attorneys to join our growing practice. This is an ideal opportunity for lawyers with 5+ years of experience in real estate law who are looking to work in a collaborative, nimble, and highly respected environment. Candidates should bring a strong background in real estate transactions, leasing, and development-oriented work.
Key Responsibilities- Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate documents.
- Work closely with developers, property owners, municipalities, and consultants to navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Oregon State Bar (or eligibility for reciprocity).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate law.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- A practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple matters and client needs.
