Description

A leading midsize Portland firm is seeking a litigator to join their team that is experienced in complex commercial litigation and also advising on employment matters ot their top clients. Key Responsibilities Include:

+ Advise clients on employment law matters and risk management;

+ Manage and participate in complex business litigation cases from inception through trial;

+ Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and motion work;

+ Participate in strategy sessions and trial preparation with partners and teams;

+ Engage in direct client contact and support.

Salary and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $165,000 to $210,000. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and disability insurance; flexible paid time off, 11+ holidays; 100% paid parking in building or Tri Met public transit pass; and participation in a 401(k) with over 20% contributions/match, discretionary profit share, and more.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school;

+ Active admission to practice law in Oregon;

+ At least 5 years of experience in complex litigation and employment law matters;

+ Exceptional legal research and writing skills;

+ Ability to manage and support multiple cases and teams;

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
