Your New RoleIn this position, you’ll work alongside talented attorneys and a top-notch support staff throughout the full lifecycle of cases, from initial research and intake through trial. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting a variety of legal documents, maintaining case files, and scheduling hearings and depositions. Discovery management will also fall under your purview. You’ll conduct investigations to establish background facts, gather evidence, and interview witnesses;
prepare discovery requests and responses; maintain the discovery database; and review and summarize incoming discovery.

- 5+ years of complex commercial litigation paralegal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with e-discovery software programs
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
