Our Portland office has an exciting opportunity for an Associate, with 5+ years of experience to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The Associate will primarily focus on traditional labor matters, including but not limited to union organizing campaigns; training and counseling clients concerning traditional labor issues; assisting with grievance arbitrations and collective bargaining; unfair labor practice charges;
National Labor Relations Board trials; and policy drafting.

• Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Oregon. However, extremely strong candidates interested in relocating to the Pacific Northwest and licensed to practice law in other states would also be considered. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
• Candidates must possess at least 5 years of traditional labor experience.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.
• Strong writing and public speaking skills are required.
• Outstanding academic credentials preferred (Top 25% of class).
