Labor & Employment Attorney

Jensen Baird, a mid-sized, full-service law firm in Portland, seeks an established Labor and Employment attorney with a portable book of business. The successful candidate must also have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the practice area, as well as experience appearing before regulatory bodies. The position primarily advises employers in the private sector. Litigation experience is a plus. Strong academic background, legal research and oral and written communication skills are required.

Must be a member of the Maine Bar or Maine Bar eligible. Candidates must be hard-working and proactive with a well-developed ability to interact with clients.
