Job Summary

Compensation

Package
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Hybrid work schedule available.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on middle‑market clients.
  • Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide exceptional client support.
  • Utilize AMS
    360 software for account management and documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licenses:
    Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in AMS
    360 software is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
    • Adaptability to handle a dynamic workload.
