One of the largest insurance agencies in Portland, OR seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our clients and sales team by delivering exceptional service. This role is responsible for servicing existing accounts, handling policy changes, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with agency and carrier guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing insurance accounts by processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
- Cross sell clients
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Issue certificates of insurance, , and policy documents
- Review policies for accuracy, coverage, and compliance with carrier guidelines
- Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing
- Support claims reporting and follow up as needed
