We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own, design, and deliver production-grade software systems across AI/ML services, backend platforms, and user-facing applications. This role requires strong end-to-end architecture ownership, hands‑on engineering, and collaboration across globally distributed teams.

The ideal candidate has experience building and integrating AI/ML-powered systems, including LLM-based and agentic AI solutions
, and supporting enterprise production environments with a focus on quality, reliability, performance, and security

• Own and maintain multiple production software systems across AI/ML, backend, and application layers
• Design and implement end-to-end system architecture spanning frontend, backend, and AI/ML components
• Define and enforce software design standards and architectural guidelines
• Ensure implementations align with documented architecture and system design
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, AI/ML, QA, and Dev Ops teams on system integration
• Design and integrate AI/ML-powered features, including LLM-based workflows and agentic systems
• Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, APIs, QA artifacts, release notes)
• Coordinate releases including versioning, dependencies, deployment readiness, and rollback planning
• Partner with QA on test strategies, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
• Support production systems, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Troubleshoot Linux-based systems across development, staging, and production environments
• Ensure software meets performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards

• Strong experience owning and delivering multiple production software systems
• Solid frontend and backend development background
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML-powered systems (LLMs preferred)
• Experience working with distributed/global engineering teams
• Proficiency in Linux environments, including system-level troubleshooting
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills

• Experience with AI platforms, ML pipelines, or agent-based architectures
• Experience with dashboards or data visualization platforms
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release automation
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale production systems

• Software implementations consistently reflect documented architecture
• Predictable and reliable QA and release processes
• Clean integration across AI, ML, and application layers
• Efficient resolution of production issues with minimal disruption
• Cohesive evolution of systems across the product portfolio
