Associate Consultant – SAP Basis

• Support and participate in feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, gap analysis, problem analysis, integration testing, documentation, support, and consultation related to SAP Basis projects.
• Contribute to development/configuration/solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment activities.
• Capture and document requirements related to internal/external consulting, and map current business processes to future state.
• Assist with planning and coordination, and contribute to project management efforts as needed.
• Work in a management consulting environment with regular travel expectations.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Required:
  
  At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in SAP-Basis with skills in feasibility analysis, requirement analysis, gap analysis, problem analysis, integration testing, documentation, support, consultation.
• At least 4 years of experience in development/configuration/solutions evaluation/validation and deployment.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience and willingness to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
