Supply Chain Analyst – Portland, OR

Reports to:

Director of Supply Chain

This role owns the design, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise‑scale supply chain data and systems. It enforces normalization and schema integrity while building automated validation, reconciliation, and forecasting models across inventory, BOM, order flow, and capacity planning. The analyst delivers decision‑ready insights through alerts and dashboards, and leads tooling and automation across OMS, WMS, TMS, MRP, and BI ecosystems.

• Implement enterprise‑level data governance, including normalization, schema enforcement, and automated validation layers.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting, inventory, BOM, and capacity planning models using statistical and programmatic methods.
• Manage large external datasets (SQL/No
  
  SQL, CSV, API) and integrate them into existing Google Sheets infrastructure with a focus on quality, latency, and reliability.
• Create custom applications and scripts (Python, Node.js, Apps Script) to automate recurring processes such as system refreshes, inventory health checks, and reconciliation.
• Build internal tooling for scenario modeling, cost-to‑serve, inventory positioning, and freight optimization.
• Design metric frameworks (OTIF, lead‑time volatility, inventory turns, etc.) and develop dynamic dashboards (Looker, Power
  
  BI, Google Sheets).
• Analyze and optimize parcel, freight, and 3PL networks; provide carrier performance dashboards and audit reports.
• Lead cost‑reduction initiatives related to freight and packaging, balancing SLA and OTIF metrics.
• Implement and optimize digital products and systems for Supply Chain Operations, including ERP data pipelines and BI reporting.
• Collaborate with floor leadership on continuous improvement, RFQs, margin initiatives, and supplier management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related analytical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations, or systems‑focused roles in complex, high‑growth environments.
• Deep experience with data modeling, normalization, and governance across operational systems.
• Strong technical fluency in Excel, SQL, data pipelines, Python, Node.js, and Google Apps Script.
• Proven ability to develop forecasting, inventory, BOM, capacity, and scenario models.
• Experience working with OMS, WMS, TMS, MRP, ERP, and BI platforms, including integration and optimization initiatives.
• Demonstrated skill translating complex datasets into executive‑ready insights and dashboards.
• Track record of driving cost reduction, service‑level improvement, and continuous improvement through data‑driven analysis and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
