Marketing Associate

Overview

We are searching for a Part-Time Marketing Associate for our boutique marketing consultancy client. In this role, you will support the creation, formatting, and execution of digital marketing products and systems. This is a role for someone who enjoys organizing content, building repeatable templates, and translating ideas into usable marketing materials.

As Marketing Associate, you will:

• Create, format, and maintain digital products including guides, templates, and instructional documents
• Build standardized and auto-fill document templates for repeatable use
• Write and format clear, technically oriented copy and documentation
• Translate concepts into structured, usable marketing materials
• Support email program setup, formatting, and content organization
• Assist in packaging subscription-based marketing support services
• Build and maintain social media profiles
• Monitor and report on basic performance metrics (e.g., Facebook and similar platforms)
• Make light updates to the website using CMS tools (Squarespace)
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and documentation systems
• Execute assigned marketing tasks independently with minimal oversight

About you:

• Technically savvy marketing generalist who prefers execution over strategy
• Strong at formatting, structuring, and organizing content and documents
• Comfortable working in Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF
• Clear, practical writer with experience in technical or instructional copy
• Familiar with email programs and basic automation concepts
• Understands how digital products and templates are used by end users
• Able to work independently and manage part-time hours reliably
• Detail-oriented with a systems and process mindset
• Comfortable supporting multiple small initiatives without constant direction
