Position: Salesforce Engineer

• Must have experience of 7-10 yrs in Release Coordination.
• Manage CI/CD Pipelines:
  Design, build, and maintain automated deployment pipelines for Salesforce using Copado.
• Execute Deployments:
  Plan, package, and execute all Salesforce deployments across various environments, ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation.
• Plan and execute scheduled releases for multiple Salesforce instances using Git and Copado.
• Manage proper tracking of released components in version control.
• Prepare release notes and communicate release status to stakeholders and project teams.
• Work closely with development teams to resolve build problems and merge conflicts.
• Responsible for maintaining consistency between Salesforce sandbox environments, from Development through QA, UAT and Production.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain a CI/CD pipeline with a focus on quality gates and required approval processes.

• Strong proficiency with Copado Salesforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment tools such as Change Sets or release management platforms like Copado.
• Basic knowledge of version control systems such as Git for managing metadata and code changes.
