Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 year of experience as an HR Technical analyst within the UKG WFM, UKG Dimensions or Kronos WFC solutions
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with administration of timekeeping modules such as user roles development, schedule module, attendance module, Dataview management, CRT management and other timekeeping tools
Thorough knowledge of internal company software applications applicable to position
Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies and social applications.

Lead technical implementations and conduct analysis of system solution, deliver technical design, configure system, unit test and provide technical support
Resolve complex technical issues related to the HR technology systems by investigating problems, developing detailed suggestions for resolution, configuring changes, and migrating data
Manage day-to-day technical challenges and communicate to leadership any risks or issues associated with the technical activities
Identify and manage dependencies and downstream impacts of projects to minimize adverse effects on the system and business processes
Identify opportunities for system simplification
Partner with business to solicit/define/document system requirements, recommend viable technical solutions, configure and test HR system
Provide technical support to end users through troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
Identify and execute system test scenarios related to business processes
Document system configuration and system dependencies and ensure all documentation remains current as processes change
Involved in the review, testing and implementation of periodic system releases which may include reviewing release notes, analyzing technical changes as they pertain to current configuration, reviewing with key system stakeholders, and developing/executing a testing plan
Maintain and expand HR technical knowledge in area(s) of responsibility, their associated integration points and best practices
Partner with developer team to provide system expertise on custom, inbound/outbound integrations with downstream systems
