Jerry is a pre‑IPO startup delivering a first‑super‑app to simplify car ownership, backed by $240M in funding and 60× revenue growth. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team and help scale from 5M to 50M customers as we pursue a $10B valuation.

As a data scientist, you will champion data‑driven decisions across critical business initiatives, from carrier growth to new product launches. Working alongside the VP of Data Science & Analytics, you will build advanced machine‑learning models, conduct in‑depth analyses, and translate insights into action to shape growth strategies.

• Partner with marketing, product, and business‑development teams to embed customer‑performance insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features, extracting key insights to inform product and business strategies.
• Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in a top‑tier economic consulting firm (Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) or top‑firm management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or relevant data‑science / business‑analysis experience.
• High level of comfort with SQL or Python.

• You have a framework for problem solving and live by first principles.
• You are comfortable communicating with audiences ranging from front‑line employees to the C‑suite.
• You set a very high bar for yourself and your team, constantly pushing that bar higher in pursuit of excellence.

The starting pay will fall within the market‑dependent range listed on this posting, determined by job‑related factors including skills, experience, location, and market conditions. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity grants.
