Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in GIS and utilities domain
- Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (desktop, server, and on-line)
- Programming and scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Experience with current technology implementation patterns including service-oriented and cloud
- Extensive knowledge in implementing the Utility Network for Utility customers
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
