As a Service Now Consulting Manager, you’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams, ensuring client visibility and building relationships. You will identify and define user/customer requirements, develop UI across platforms, and engage in coding, programming, and specification creation.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships, demonstrating EY services value.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now SPM process implementations.
• Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, providing recommendations and insights to strategic roadmaps.
• Lead client process and design sessions, facilitating requirements workshops.
• Support pre‑sales efforts, including creating proposals and estimates.
• Maintain high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk/issue logs.
• Strong business acumen and fact‑based decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, and relationship building.
• Ability to deliver on performance and travel to meet client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• 4‑6 years of relevant Service Now SPM project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the U.S.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.

• Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience.
• Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
