* Job Summary:

** The Corporate FP&A Team is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise financial growth strategy, annual planning, and performance management efforts. This role reports to the Manager of FP&A and will be a key contributor to enabling the team’s ability to execute by developing and implementing a comprehensive financial data analytics framework to support the finance community in enterprise planning and performance management.

* Key Responsibilities:

**** Defining, Developing and Delivering Analytical Solutions:
*** Lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative analytical solutions.
* Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics frameworks.
* Manipulate large data sets for business insights and implement solutions, specifically focused on advanced problems and models.
** Identifying and Solving Business Problems:
*** Identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems and inefficiencies.
* Define business cases and analytics use-cases.
* Ability to discover opportunities in the business that could be addressed by leveraging Analytics.
** Coordination and Customization:
*** Coordinate with senior business users and technical staff to customize high-level solutions.
* Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
** Communication and Advocacy:
*** Translate highly complex analytical and technical concepts to non-technical employees.
* Champion the use of statistics, distributions, and confidence intervals to make decisions based on data.
** The Skills and Background You’ll Need:

* Education:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field required;
Masters degree preferred
*
* Experience:

*** 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data science or any data organization.
* Hands-on experience with SQL, R, Python, or equivalent analytic programming languages for data extraction/manipulation, preparation, interpretation and analysis of financial results.
* Solid understanding of data structure and system design concepts as well as experience with query and analysis tools.
* Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools to develop sound analytics-based solutions for business problems. (Microsoft Power Platform and Azure experience preferred)
* Experience leading complex projects and delivering impactful analytical solutions with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
