EY’s Agile Business Transformation partners with clients to address digital challenges using SAP technology. The PRA Senior will bridge business needs and technical solutions, translating business models into technical specifications and ensuring system architecture aligns with objectives.

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.
• Manage high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with risk management focus.
• Maintain billable client charging, assist with leading delivery streams, and manage projects.
• Engage with external clients daily; travel may be required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2-4 years of SAP consulting experience, focusing on PRA within IS-OIL.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in upstream oil & gas.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting, production reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience developing functional specifications.
• Willingness to travel 60+%.

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification in Financial Accounting or related modules.
• Experience with at least three full‑cycle implementations of PRA.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Additional SAP Finance certificates or prior industry accounting experience.

• Competitive compensation: $102,500–$187,900 base (US), with higher ranges for certain metro areas.
