Join EY to apply for the position of Senior Manager in the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) – Tech Consulting team. You will help clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.
- Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.
- Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.
- Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.
- Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.
- Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum seven years’ experience in delivering complex consulting services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or BI reporting.
- Strong knowledge of modern EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle FCCS/HFM, Oracle Planning, One Stream, Tagetik.
- Deep understanding of evolving concepts and practices in EPM.
- Proven track record of translating business challenges into value‑adding solutions with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in one or more of the following backgrounds: FP&A, EPM system administration, strategic planning, implementation consulting, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data architecture.
- Strong business skills: relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication.
- Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.
- Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client trust.
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach.
- Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $151,500 – $346,000 (national). Salary ranges vary by region. Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
EY offers a flexible hybrid model and a flexible vacation policy, with additional time off for EY Paid Holidays and other leaves of absence.
