As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will be instrumental in connecting business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

• Action-oriented and adept at delivering processes, solutions, and projects; ability to influence sales and service offerings
• Understanding stakeholderseds and advising on SAP system capabilities; ability to architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design functional solutions
• Analytical thinking and decision-making based on policy understanding
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members
• Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management

• A Bachelors degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems; exposure to multiple industries
• At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Project System with hands-on configuration experience in areas such as:
• Project structure (Project definition, WBS elements, networks, templates)
• Project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP
• Integration points with other SAP modules (Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources)
• Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics (e.g., Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, Resource Related billing)
• Strong communication and client service skills; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience
• SAP Certification(s) and SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems certification
• Associates experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core module
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry experience in accounting
• Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments
