Pay
: 125-150k/ year

• Actively recommend, design, and implement enhancements to current tools and technologies.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and execute on projects within the Infrastructure Systems domain, often requiring in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for technical issues and challenges.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and industry trends.
• Contribute to and enforce best practices for system security, performance, and reliability.
• Perform a range of business-critical technical functions including, but not limited to:
  Windows server administration, Data Center maintenance and management, observability tool configuration and management, patching and vulnerability management, incident response and resolution, documentation and reporting, and security compliance.
• Strong experience implementing solutions that support High Availability, Data Center Resiliency, and Business Continuity.
• Expert-level knowledge of Windows operating system; familiarity with Linux is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading complex IT projects from conception to completion.
• Strong experience with enterprise-level infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, Exchange/M365, Cohesity, Pure Storage, VMware ESXi, Logic Monitor, and Ivanti Service Manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership position.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, VCP, CompTIA Security+, etc. are desired.
