Overview
Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Technical Business Analyst and advise on and execute change management efforts for new system implementations within the IT Project Management Office. As an organizational change manager, this role will ensure that system transitions align with goals and create a positive, user‑focused experience for employees. The change manager will develop, recommend, and implement robust change strategies, communicate system benefits, and engage stakeholders to build organization‑wide support for a successful rollout.
This position requires a strategic leader with strong empathy, capable of addressing employee concerns and guiding the organization through the change process effectively.
This is a 2‑year plus consultant position with a high probability of long‑term and ongoing employment. The role is hybrid, with onsite work 1–2 days per week in Portland, Oregon. After the initial hybrid portion, remote eligibility is available for candidates located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, or Montana.
CompensationThe hourly pay rate range for this position is $47.00 – $54.00, depending on qualifications and experience, and the composition of the selected compensation package.
Minimum Qualifications- A bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, organizational development, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 7 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor’s degree.
- 9 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
- 11 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
- Minimum of 5 years in organizational change management or a related field, with proven experience managing change during system implementations.
- Background in a corporate, technology, or project‑driven environment, with experience leading large‑scale, complex change initiatives.
- In‑depth knowledge of change management principles and methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8‑Step Model, or similar.
- Strong project management skills, with experience integrating change management into project plans and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira.
- Ability to interpret and utilize data (e.g., user engagement metrics, survey results) to assess change progress and adapt strategies as needed.
- Understanding of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes to facilitate effective change communication.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci Certification).
- Direct experience managing change for system rollouts such as ERP, CRM, or other enterprise platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation skills to manage resistance and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Lean Agile.
