The RoleWe’re hiring a Growth & Digital Marketing Associate to join our consulting team and help enterprise DTC brands unlock sustainable, efficient growth.
This is a client‑facing role, and you’ll serve as a strategic and executional leader — analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, optimizing campaigns, translating data and metrics into recommendations and guiding senior client teams toward stronger ROI and revenue outcomes.
This role blends hands‑on media management with strategic consulting, perfect for someone who understands both how to run great campaigns and how to communicate impact to executives.
What You’ll Do- Audit, build, and optimize multi‑channel performance marketing programs across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms.
- Design and manage paid media strategies that improve ROAS, CPA, and MER while maintaining healthy spend scaling.
- Develop and implement testing roadmaps — from creative and messaging tests to landing page experiments.
- Identify inefficiencies across the full marketing funnel and recommend data‑backed improvements.
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights and present clear, executive‑level recommendations.
- Partner with client creative, eCommerce, and finance teams to align media performance with business goals.
- Produce and deliver detailed weekly and monthly reports summarizing learnings, performance trends, and next steps.
Paid Media & Analytics
- Meta Ads Manager (Advantage+ campaigns, creative testing, and segmentation)
- Google Ads (Search, Shopping, You Tube, Performance Max)
- Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Shopify Analytics
Tracking, Attribution & Testing
- Conversion APIs (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions)
- Incrementality and synthetic control testing (Haus, Measured, Geo Lift‑style)
- Marketing Mix Modeling concepts (MMM, lag, ad stock, diminishing returns)
- Ad creative iteration and thumbnail/copy testing
- Landing page and funnel optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Motion, Triple Whale, or Northbeam
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel (pivot tables, visualizations, and trend analysis)
- Slack, Asana, or Notion for collaboration
- Clear written communication and presentation skills
- 4–7 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns and driving measurable growth (DTC or ecommerce preferred).
- Deep knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms, including creative and bidding strategies.
- Experience consulting on or managing performance strategy for large or enterprise‑level accounts.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders across marketing, eCommerce, and finance.
