• Provide day‑to‑day HR generalist support to employees and leadership
• Serve as bilingual HR point of contact for employee relations and inquiries
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership in a hands‑on manufacturing environment

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Senior‑level HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance in manufacturing environments, and employee relations

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to work onsite and engage directly with employees across all levels

Schedule:

Full‑time, onsite

Pay rate: $27–$35/hour DOE
