The ideal candidate will have the ability to use a variety of recruitment methods to deliver qualified candidates for clients' open jobs in a high-volume environment.

Strategic methods employedinclude relationship building, job board posting,cold calling andkeyword searching. The recruiter will conduct a professional pre-screeninginterview to ensure candidates meet job and screening requirements. Negotiate best rate. Submit candidates through VMS databases. Facilitate candidate interviews with client. Expert customer service skills used to support client relations. Handles employee questions and solves related issues. In this position you will display the upmost professional communication skills with both internal and external phone conversations andwritings.
