HRIS Specialist

Your New Role

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and help modernize a well-established, mission-driven nonprofit? This is your chance to lead the way in implementing new HRIS system modules while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to HRIS expert, with a focus on Dayforce HCM and Ceridian. You’ll manage system configuration, maintain data integrity, partner with HR and operations to craft solutions, and provide daily support. You may also assist with onboarding, testing, upgrades, and refining HRIS practices to make the system work smarter for the organization.

We’re looking for someone who thrives jumping into projects already in motion, has strong technical aptitude, and enjoys digging into data and systems. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to grow alongside the organization’s system transition are key.

This position is fully on-site in SE Portland.

• 2+ years of experience working with an HRIS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Dayforce and/or Ceridian preferred
• Experience supporting the implantation of an HRIS preferred
