Business Solutions Manager at Ultimate StaffingRole Overview
As an HR Generalist, you'll support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and employee relations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and the leadership team. Our client is located in the Tualatin metro area.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment lifecycle: posting roles, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Lead new hire onboarding: orientations, paperwork, HRIS data entry, and exit interviews.
- Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and address concerns.
- Support performance review processes and follow-up coaching sessions.
- Benefits & Compensation
- Administer benefits programs (enrollment, qualifying life events, vendor coordination).
- Support compensation reviews and salary planning.
- HR Compliance & Recordkeeping
- Maintain employee files and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training initiatives and development programs.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement and wellness activities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a generalist or coordinator.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and integrity.
$60-70K (DOE) + Benefits
