Job Description:
The Front of House F&B Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily front‑of‑house operations, supervising servers, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role assists in scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, while maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly. The Lead Floor Supervisor works closely with management to execute service during high‑volume periods, oversee private dining and banquets, and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.
Minimum Requirements:- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead server role, preferably in a hotel, fine dining, or upscale casual environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with POS systems and floor operations.
- Current food handler’s permit and alcohol service permit (as required).
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
