We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to support our housekeeping leadership team and ensure smooth daily operations.

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for leading daily housekeeping operations with a strong focus on team accountability, inventory control, scheduling effectiveness, and guest service excellence. This role is ideal for a steady, hands‑on leader with prior housekeeping management experience who is seeking long‑term growth within a supportive hotel environment.

We are looking for a leader who values consistency, takes ownership of results, and is motivated to develop both people and processes over time.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Daily Operations
  • Supervise and direct housekeeping staff and house persons during daily operations

  • Assign daily duties, monitor productivity, and ensure brand and property standards are consistently met

  • Coach team members through performance issues using a respectful, solutions‑focused approach

  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism

Inventory and Supply Management
  • Conduct routine on‑hand inventory counts for linens, supplies, and housekeeping equipment

  • Maintain established par levels and support ordering processes to prevent shortages or waste

  • Partner with hotel leadership to support cost control and operational efficiency

Scheduling and Labor Planning
  • Create and manage housekeeping schedules to ensure proper coverage based on occupancy

  • Balance operational needs with fairness, call‑outs, and labor expectations

  • Adjust staffing plans in real time based on business demand and staffing levels

Guest Service and Quality Performance
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Hilton brand cleanliness standards

  • Monitor guest feedback and quality scores related to housekeeping

  • Take ownership of improvement efforts tied to cleanliness, presentation, and team engagement

Qualifications

Required

  • Prior supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or hotel operations

  • Experience leading hourly teams and managing daily operational workflows

  • Working knowledge of housekeeping standards, inventory practices, and scheduling

Preferred

  • Experience in a branded hotel environment

  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain team members

  • A stable work history reflecting reliability and commitment
